📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or personalized items may take up to 7 business days to process. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in purchasing, please contact us directly.

Delays
Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays once your package has been shipped.

Digital Downloads
If your order includes digital products, they will be delivered via email or download link immediately after purchase. No physical item will be shipped.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Physical Products
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and shipped back within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you encounter any issues with your file, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
